We are seeking an enthusiastic and data-driven Junior Live Operations (LiveOps) Manager to join our team working on a successful Free-to-Play (F2P) mobile strategy game: Supremacy: 1914
The Junior LiveOps Manager is an important role supporting, planning, executing, and analyzing all in-game events, promotions, and content updates designed to drive engagement, retention, and monetization for our global player base.
You will be part of the LiveOps & Monetization team, owning and coordinating the live game experience, ensuring a continuous stream of exciting and high-quality content.
YOUR MISSION
Strategy & Planning: Assist in developing and executing a comprehensive LiveOps roadmap (quarterly, monthly, weekly) that aligns with long-term business objectives.
End-to-End Execution: Oversee the configuration, QA, and deployment of LiveOps initiatives using internal tools and external platforms.
Performance Monitoring: Proactively monitor live service and event performance in real-time to rapidly identify and react to issues or optimization opportunities.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with Development, Art, Game Design, and Analytics to ensure a cohesive live service experience.
Player Communication: Coordinate push notifications and asset delivery with marketing teams to keep players informed of new events and initiatives.
Data-Driven Insights: Monitor KPIs related to events and collaborate with Data Analytics to transform player behavior into valuable learnings.
Feature Development: Work directly with the Game Design team to deliver unique events and enhance the LiveOps toolbox.
YOUR PROFILE
You have a solid foundational understanding of Live Operations and F2P mobile gaming mechanics, e.g. through coursework or personal research.
You are familiar with data tools (like SQL or Excel) and have a keen interest in turning data into actionable insights.
High levels of self-organization and the ability to manage complex content calendars in a fast-paced environment.
Professional fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential for our international team.
A deep intuition for what makes strategy games engaging and a genuine passion for being a gamer yourself.
You have a strong grasp of F2P economies and an interest in how player segmentation drives engagement.
You are open-minded, friendly, and thrive in a collaborative, international environment.
Nice-to-Have
Previous experience with CRM tools or in-game messaging systems.
A strong understanding of the mechanics behind Battle Passes and seasonal events.
Global awareness regarding the complexities of supporting games across different regions.
