We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior UI/UX Artist to join our Art Team and elevate the gaming experience for millions of players. In this hybrid role, you will blend your creative design expertise with a deep understanding of user experience principles to craft intuitive and visually appealing interfaces across multiple game titles. As a Senior, you won’t just execute; you will shape the visual language and player journey of our core titles.
The Supremacy franchise is one of Stillfront Group’s biggest and fastest growing ones. Supremacy is being operated from Hamburg and Malta with location-bound game operations. This role offers the stability of a market leader combined with the creative agility of a specialized studio.

Your Mission
Lead the UI/UX lifecycle for our live title Supremacy 1914, crafting seamless cross-platform solutions that measurably boost player engagement and accessibility across all global markets
Transform complex game design briefs into intuitive user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
Create high-fidelity UI assets, including icons, layouts, and animations, setting the gold standard for readability and consistency across platforms
Analyse existing interfaces and drive data-informed improvements to enhance functionality and aesthetics.
Collaborate closely with game designers, developers, and artists to bridge the gap between creative vision and technical excellence.
Develop, maintain, and champion UI/UX guidelines, design systems, and best practices to empower the entire art department.

Your Profile
5+ years in a UI/UX-related role in the (mobile) gaming industry or a very similar field
Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic advanced expertise in UI design and UX principles, especially for mobile games
Proficient in Figma and experienced in bridging the workflow between design and Unity implementation.
A strong sense of visual design, including composition, typography, color and motion with the ability to deliver polished, production-ready UI.
Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to complex projects and to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints to drive effective design decisions
Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional and multicultural teams, including remote collaboration
Passion for working on deep, systems-driven products and staying actively involved in their long-term development
Ability to leverage AI tools and methodologies to make the design process more efficient and drive high-quality output.
