UI/UX Designer – Commercial Tech Team
UI/UX Designer – Commercial Tech Team
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on UI/UX Designer to join our Commercial Tech Team and shape the experience of our online franchise platform, connecting millions of players across our Supremacy titles.
In this role, you will design and continuously improve the core web platform that powers our franchise ecosystem - from onboarding and account management to cross-game features, live operations, and community touchpoints. You will combine strong UX thinking with systematic design execution to ensure a seamless, scalable, and future-proof platform experience.
The Supremacy franchise from Twin Harbour Interactive is one of Stillfront Group’s biggest and fastest growing ones. Supremacy is being operated from Hamburg and Malta with location-bound game operations.
This role offers the stability of a market leader combined with the creative agility of a specialized studio.
Your Mission
Design and evolve our franchise platform experience across web and cross-device environments, ensuring usability, clarity, and consistency.
Translate product requirements and business needs into user journeys, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
Improve key platform flows such as onboarding, authentication, account systems, monetization touchpoints, social/community features, and live operations interfaces.
Analyze user behavior, feedback, and platform data to identify friction points and propose measurable UX improvements.
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, marketing, and game teams to ensure alignment between franchise strategy and platform experience.
Develop and maintain a scalable design system and UX guidelines to ensure consistency across all franchise touchpoints.
Support implementation by working with developers to ensure high-quality execution and continuous refinement post-launch.
Contribute to long-term UX vision and platform roadmap decisions from a user-centered perspective.
Integrate and utilize AI tools within the design process to streamline workflows and enhance platform features.
Your Profile
Experience: Minimum 4+ years in a UI/UX design role, ideally working on web platforms, SaaS products, live-service products, or complex digital ecosystems.
UX Expertise: Strong understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, information architecture, and usability principles.
Portfolio: Demonstrated experience designing structured, scalable systems - not just visual interfaces- including complex flows and cross-platform experiences.
Technical Knowledge: Proficient in Figma and experienced in working with developers on web-based products (familiarity with frontend frameworks and responsive design principles is a plus).
Systems Thinking: Ability to design within - and improve - design systems and modular component libraries.
Analytical Mindset: Comfortable using data and qualitative insights to inform design decisions.
Collaboration: Strong communication skills in English and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional, multicultural, and remote teams.
Ownership: Passion for improving complex products over time and taking responsibility for long-term UX quality.
AI Proficiency: Ability to leverage AI tools and methodologies to make the design process more efficient and drive high-quality output.
Why Join Us?
