As we continue to grow our studio and shape the future of long-term strategy gaming, we’re looking for a Workplace Manager who thrives on bringing structure to complexity, amplifying team effectiveness, and enabling our people to do their best work every day.

This role is the connective tissue of the studio, ensuring smooth processes, fostering a positive and engaging office environment, and empowering leadership with the information and coordination they need to make impact-driven decisions. You’ll take ownership of our day-to-day operational excellence and serve as the right hand to the Executive Director Operations. If you’re someone who loves making things run seamlessly behind the scenes and cares deeply about the people who make it all happen, we can’t wait to meet you.

YOUR MISSION

Office & Studio Management

• Oversee daily office operations to maintain a welcoming, well-functioning on-site workspace.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, building management, and service partners.
• Ensure compliance and smooth execution of workplace policies and standards.

Event & Project Management

• Plan, organize, and run on-site events - from team gatherings to leadership workshops.
• Manage end-to-end project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and stakeholder coordination.
• Bring energy, structure, and creativity to events that strengthen our studio culture.

Internal Communication

• Maintain clear, consistent information flow across teams, channels, and meetings.
• Draft studio-wide announcements, updates, and leadership communications.

Executive Support

• Assist the Executive Director Operations with daily operational duties, including:
  • Preparing presentations, reports, and meeting materials.
  • Supporting business processes and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Handling follow-ups, documentation, and organizational tasks.
• Anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and create structure that empowers leadership impact.

Staff Planning & People Operations

• Support workforce and staffing planning across teams, ensuring alignment with strategic needs.
• Facilitate HR-related processes and documentation with accuracy and discretion.
• Serve as a trusted partner for employees by fostering a warm and supportive environment.

YOUR PROFILE

• First experience in operations, team assistance, administration, HR support, office management, or similar roles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the confidence to make decisions that keep things moving forward.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities; you know how to bring clarity to complexity.
• Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
• Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A hands-on mentality and a warm, supportive presence in the workplace.
• A natural talent for building strong relationships and fostering trust across teams and levels.
